Must See Shows
BST Hyde Park: Pitbull
Hyde Park, London - 10/07/2026

The next show I am highlighting in the 2026 Must See Show campaigns is Pitbull's headline takeover of BST Hyde Park on Friday 10 July. Mr Worldwide will step onto the Great Oak Stage for what is set to be one of the most high energy nights of the entire summer series, joined by Kesha, Tinie Tempah and Lil Jon, with more acts still to be announced.
Pitbull has built a career on global hits that simply do not stand still. Once taken to a stage, timeless anthems like 'Don't Stop the Party', 'Timber' and 'Fireball' are not just songs, they are moments. With over 25 million albums sold and tens of millions of monthly listeners, Pitbull has become one of the most recognisable figures in pop, hip hop and Latin music. His recent sold out European run turned arenas into full scale parties, complete with fans in bald caps proudly calling themselves The Bald E's.
The Bald E's mission will be taken to new heights this summer as an official Guinness World Record attempt will be taking place for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps, meaning this is not just a chance to witness history, it is a chance to make history.
Beside the bald cap shenanigans, the supporting lineup more than matches the occasion. Kesha brings a catalogue built for big outdoor crowds, from 'TiK ToK' and 'We R Who We R' to 'Die Young' and of course her collaboration on 'Timber', balancing chaotic pop hooks with more reflective material to craft a one of a kind live show. Tinie Tempah's arrival adds another dimension entirely. When 'Pass Out' exploded in 2010 it rewrote the blueprint for UK rap, and more than fifteen years on, with seven number ones and a cultural legacy that helped shape British music, he remains as compelling as ever. Lil Jon rounds out a remarkable undercard, the undisputed king of crunk and architect of era-defining anthems like 'Get Low' and productions including Usher's 'Yeah!', bringing the same high-octane presence to Hyde Park that has made him one of hip hop's most enduring forces.
The full lineup for 10 July is still to be finalised and I will update this feature as soon as further names are confirmed. BST Hyde Park rarely does things by halves, so expect the undercard to match the scale of what is already shaping up to be one of the nights of the summer.
Pitbull joins an already packed BST Hyde Park 2026 schedule that includes Garth Brooks on Saturday 27 June, Maroon 5 on Friday 3 July, Mumford & Sons on Saturday 4 July, Duran Duran on Sunday 5 July and Lewis Capaldi across two headline nights on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 July.
